Remove big white margins or cut out part of a page, like a shipping label or a table. Draw the area to keep and apply it to one page or all pages.
How to use it
- Choose a PDF file.
- Draw and adjust the crop box on the page.
- Choose the pages and click “Crop PDF”.
Features
- Precise selection by dragging.
- All pages or a single page.
- No loss in content quality.
- Ideal for shipping labels and receipts.
Practical uses
- Shipping labels: marketplaces and couriers send the label inside an A4 page. Crop it to fit thermal-printer paper or save paper.
- Big margins: trimming margins on scanned books and papers makes text larger on a phone or e-reader.
- Isolating a table or chart to reuse in another report or share on its own.
Cropping a PDF vs. cropping an image
Here, cropping changes the visible page boundaries and text stays selectable and searchable. If you want the cropped area as an image to post, convert the page with PDF to JPG, then use Crop image.
Note: content outside the crop is hidden, not deleted. If it's sensitive, use Redact PDF.
Privacy and security
“Crop PDF” runs entirely in your browser using trusted open-source libraries. Your files are never uploaded to a server and no copy is kept, so your documents stay private. It is free and needs no sign-up.
Tip: To crop a shipping label from an A4 page, draw around the label and choose “Only this page”.
