A realistic revision plan in a minute

The hardest part of exam season isn't the amount of content, it's knowing where to start and how much time each subject deserves. This tool builds a daily timetable from today to your first exam, gives harder subjects more sessions, mixes subjects within each day, and keeps the final day for a light review.

How to use it

  1. Set the start date and the date of your first exam.
  2. Enter how many hours you can realistically study per day and pick a session length.
  3. Add your subjects and rate how hard each one is for you: a hard subject gets three times the sessions of an easy one.
  4. Click “Build the plan”, then print it or copy it to your phone.

How sessions are allocated

  • Total sessions (days × daily sessions) are shared out by difficulty weight.
  • Each subject comes back at regular intervals — better for memory than blocking one subject for days.
  • The same subject is kept out of back-to-back sessions where possible.
  • An optional weekly rest day, and a last-day light review with an early night.

Sticking to it

Plan what you can actually do: three focused hours beat eight on paper. Start with the hardest subject while you're fresh, take 5–10 minute breaks between sessions (try the Pomodoro timer), and if you miss a session, just carry on from where you are.

Frequently asked questions

How are sessions per subject decided?

By difficulty: easy = weight 1, medium = 2, hard = 3; available sessions are split in those proportions.

Can I print the plan?

Yes, “Print” prints only the timetable; you can also save it as PDF.

What happens on the last day?

It's reserved for a light review of everything and an early night — no new material.

Is my data stored?

No, everything is calculated in your browser.
