What can you do with it?
- Fill a non-interactive form: type your name and address over the blanks of a scanned form with no fields.
- Fix a small mistake: white-out a wrong date or number and type the correct value.
- Add a logo or stamp to a quote or invoice.
- Review a document: highlight key paragraphs and add text notes before sending it to a colleague.
Limits to know
- The tool adds a layer on top of the page; it doesn't reflow the original text. For long paragraph edits, convert to Word, edit, then convert back.
- White-out hides text visually only. To truly remove sensitive information, use Redact PDF.
- If the form has interactive fields, Fill PDF Forms is faster and neater.
Privacy and security
