When you need to organise pages
- Scanned in the wrong order: page 5 before page 4, or sheets scanned last-to-first.
- Extra pages: a blank page, a duplicate, or an ad at the end of a report.
- Double-sided printing: add a blank page after the cover so content starts on the right-hand page.
- Inserting an annex mid-document: add a second file and place its pages after the right chapter.
