Fill in PDF applications without printing: form fields (text, checkboxes, lists) are detected automatically and listed for you, then the file is saved ready to send, with an option to flatten the fields.
How to use it
- Choose a PDF form with fields.
- Fill in the fields in the list.
- Click “Save form” and download.
Features
- Automatic field detection.
- Text, checkboxes and dropdowns.
- Flatten fields to prevent editing.
- Arabic text supported.
How to tell if a form is interactive
Open the form in a PDF reader: if you see highlighted boxes you can type into directly, it's interactive and works with this tool. If it's a scanned image or a page with printed blanks only, use Edit PDF to type over the blanks.
Tips before sending
- Write names exactly as on your ID, in the surname/first-name order the form asks for.
- Double-check long numbers: ID, phone, bank account.
- Turn on “flatten fields” before sending to an official body so values can't change, and keep an unflattened copy in case you need to edit it.
- If a signature is required, add it afterwards with Sign PDF.
Privacy and security
“Fill PDF forms” runs entirely in your browser using trusted open-source libraries. Your files are never uploaded to a server and no copy is kept, so your documents stay private. It is free and needs no sign-up.
Tip: No fields? The form is not interactive — use “Edit PDF” to type over the blanks.
