Convert Excel and CSV spreadsheets into a clean PDF for sharing or printing. Pick the sheets you want, use landscape and a smaller font for wide tables, then save the result as a PDF from the print window.
How to use it
- Choose an XLSX, XLS or CSV file.
- Select sheets, page size and orientation.
- Click “Save as PDF” and choose “Save as PDF”.
Features
- Choose specific sheets.
- Landscape by default for wide tables.
- Smaller font to fit many columns.
- XLSX, XLS, ODS and CSV.
Tips for a readable PDF table
- Wide tables: keep landscape on and use the smaller font if there are many columns, so columns don't split across pages.
- Remove what readers don't need: helper columns, intermediate formulas and empty sheets.
- Pick sheets carefully: if the file has “raw data” and “summary” sheets, send only the summary.
- Untick “Headers and footers” in the print dialog if the date or page address appears at the top.
Why send a table as PDF?
An Excel file can be edited by mistake and may look different depending on the app and settings. A PDF shows the numbers the same way for everyone — ideal for quotes, grade sheets and monthly reports. Keep the original to change figures later; you can bring tables back with PDF to Excel if needed.
Privacy and security
“Excel to PDF” runs entirely in your browser using trusted open-source libraries. Your files are never uploaded to a server and no copy is kept, so your documents stay private. It is free and needs no sign-up.
Tip: Remove empty columns before converting for the best fit.
